REGISTRATION

STEP ONE: CLICK HERE to complete registration with Rugby California.  You will need a credit card to pay the fee.  YOU MUST DO THIS, THERE IS NO ALTERNATIVE.  If you do not have a credit card, find someone who does and pay them cash.  When you complete the Rugby California registration, come back here and finish steps two and three.

STEP TWO: PAY $150 FEE (Covers everything:  game fees, uniforms, referee fees, socials, etc.).  Players provide only cleats and mouth guard.  There are NO ADDITIONAL FEES OR COSTS for anything.

STEP THREE: Fill out, print, sign, and mail these TWO forms to 1710 N. Moorpark Road #161, Thousand Oaks, CA 91360
with a copy of the player's (1) Birth Certificate; (2) Medical Insurance Cards (both sides!); and (3) School photo ID OR driver's license.
